Community Forums General Dentistry I feel that my tooth is decayed, but it is not paining. So, what should I do?

    Tooth decay can be removed and that can be filled with some medications and cement in case of shallow cavity.But, if decay part is deep and it has touched pulp then root canal treatment has to be done by the dentist. However, mostly deep cavities can cause pain. you should consult your dentist and get dental x-ray done to confirm .
